Cancellation Policy

Reserving your experience

Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Failure to do so will result in a 50% service fee


No Show Policy

No shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file


A debit or credit card is required to reserve your experience.No-Show/Late Cancellation Fees: Your card is usually not charged at the time of booking. Instead, it serves as a guarantee. If you do not show up or cancel outside of the allowed window (typically 24 to 48 hours before the appointment), the business may charge a fee.
